Planning is the key to success and happiness.

Look we know most people are taking it easy this week

We think it's good to take a little breather and some time to rejuvenate

And while you kick back and relax, it's the perfect time to think about next year

What you're going to do in 2021 and beyond

Will it be a repeat of this year?

Every year, we set aside a bit of time these last few days of December, right between Christmas and New Year, to think and plan

Usually we are at our home in the mountains but of course that's not been possible this year since we're locked down here in the UK and unable to travel

But we're still doing our planning because a goal without a plan is just a wish after all...

And one thing we know for a fact...

If we want next year to be radically different, then we have to DO something radically different

Pandemic or no pandemic

Can't be the same ol' same ol'

Now here's the challenge...

What does that mean?

What exactly are you supposed to do that's radically different?

It's not about reading more books or taking more courses is it?

Yes, you need them, and you should always keep sharpening your axe and we do too

However, there comes a point when you get to dangerous levels of information overload

It's dangerous because you're not sure exactly which piece of advice to act on, and you become paralyzed
