With so much confusing and contradictory information out there, it becomes almost impossible to do all those things AND stay sane. So we start blaming ourselves for not being superhumans
That's just how we felt this week!
So this is probably the strangest email you have ever had from us and you may even be wondering why we've been quiet for a few days
Well quite honestly we've had one heck of a lot of stuff going on in our lives
Luckily no one is sick
But nevertheless we've been distracted trying to deal with spinning plates
Mum's healthcare, our business in France and a multitude of other family related things...
And of course supporting our students and clients
It really made us think about those things we beat ourselves up over
You need to stop beating yourself up for watching Netflix, sleeping 8 hours a day, or having weekends off instead of building your business. Billionaires do that too (even more than you think!).
What matters, is what you do with the rest of your time. In fact, the only thing that truly defines success is how focused and present in a moment you are
And what you do with that time
So we're taking a week off
We're travelling to France on Thursday and even though we will have to spend our time there under tough Covid-19 restrictions including a curfew from 9 pm - 6 am
The mountain air will be wonderful
And we can at least deal with some of the issues around our hospitality business while we're there
We'll still write you emails and update our Facebook so watch out for them

We're going through some of the strangest times in history right now and we need to look after ourselves
