Hi Chris and Susan here...

Ok call us sentimental romantics but those words were delivered today into our inbox and we thought you might like them

Let's face it we all need a little positivity in this crazy world and we truly believe our thoughts become our reality

So today let's talk about believing in yourself and some wise words to take away from today's email

Think about your past success

If you are feeling down and out, use your past to get motivated again. Remember the time when you got over a hurdle, when you did something you didn't think you could, or took a lot of hard work that paid off.

Now remember that you can do it again. It's easy to think about the times when you struggled, but it is just as easy to think about those times when you were successful as well. Use your past to your advantage.

Let yourself off the hook

You have to forgive yourself for any failures or mistakes that you have committed in the past and move on. You have to look at the future and stop living in the past. Be compassionate towards yourself.

Go with a positive attitude

Having a positive attitude towards everything is the quickest way in achieving that belief and confidence in yourself. Be thankful for whatever you are and whatever you have. Always have a positive approach and see the good in the world.

Let a coach or mentor help you

We all need help at times. Having someone you can turn to for support or direction can be useful in gaining your self confidence. They can help you recognise your abilities and skills, and help you refocus on your goals and remember your past successes.

Build your own self sustaining motivation engine

When you believe in yourself, you're generating an inner drive and motivation to want to push on and succeed. This is a 'power' that is totally within your control and no one can take it away.

We call this the core to your self sustaining motivation engine that we can all build to generate motivation whenever we need it. Your chances of accomplishing your goals and finding success can be 100% once you know how to generate an endless amount of 'believe' in yourself.

Why do we bang on about mindset and believing in yourself so much?

Because we struggled with it ourselves when we changed course and began a career online...

It was way out of our comfort zone but we started so we sure as heck were not going to give up

It's why now when we talk to anyone about starting their own business we talk about mindset first

And when we choose programs we think will be a good fit we make sure that they focus on this too

We're so fed up with the do nothing and get rich marketing we see especially on Facebook and definitely in our inbox

And if you see these too then we can only suggest you unsubscribe from them and stop being distracted

The beautiful thing about an online business is that it's not restricted by geographical location, so your audience can be the whole world, and not just the local High Street

Watch out though! A couple of tweets or a handful of Facebook posts won't be enough to generate a virtual ATM machine but we do know quite a bit about how you can leverage them to your advantage!

So, there are no specific hours of operation because an online business can produce revenue around the clock, and keeps working when you're not!
