Hi Chris and Susan here...
It's a Monday morning in the office as usual for us as we write to you
Life for you however may be a very different routine and one that's not too easy to adjust to
But we must be grateful for the little things don't you think
And they're different for everyone of us
For us it was able to cook a Sunday roast lunch for Mum and take it to her home where like so many she's in 'lock down' and missing the little treats that make life bearable at 90
It's not the same as having her come to our house for lunch, being able to hug one another and say "I love you" but it's the "normal" right now and it keeps her and us as safe as possible
For our friends Greg and Fiona who we chatted to over zoom at the weekend it's "being able to go cycling and eat sushi on the seashore
... sunsets right out the front door....our good health, a fridge full of food, and digital skills training to keep us occupied"
They were in San Diego when all this happened and decided to stay there versus returning to London
For us it's being blessed to be able to work from home, live nearby to Mum, walk each day in the beautiful countryside we live...
And know that by connecting with you our subscribers, our clients and our friends on Facebook using modern technologies we can carry on with our business and help others with theirs
This weekend for instance we were able to attend a two day virtual event "UNITE" which was held by our network marketing company so we could feel connected there...
So much is changing and "normal" will be a very different "normal" when we get through this unprecedented time in our history
You may recall us saying that this year we are going to promote our network marketing business and not just be customers...
We love the product (vacations) and we know we can help a lot more people by offering the "opportunity" as more and more are looking for something to earn an income from in the new world that's NOW
We're just putting together our new website for you to visit so nothing there right now - just ask if you want to know more
We're continuing to build our online business training leg of our business and we talked over the weekend about our first mentor Stuart Ross (self isolating in Portugal) and sharing with us a new program he's put together for the Six Figure Mentors community.
We've been a part of this since the day Stuart founded the Six Figure Mentors and not only were two of his first students but we ended up doing a lot of training for his company... and frankly we've never looked back
That's us with Stuart at his office in London back in the days (gosh we all look so young!)
