There is a famous expression in English “when the going gets tough, the tough get going” – meaning when the situation becomes difficult, the strong will work harder to meet the challenge...

That happened to us back in 2008 when the recession hit and we lost our pension nest egg...

It took us on a new path with many road bumps and challenges along the way...

But the light was at the end of the tunnel and we saw that our dreams really could come true...

Honestly it hasn’t been all plain sailing but we always kept learning and applying what we learned and we always will...

This year has really had its ups and downs

... but it just made us stronger...

Has given us a new focus, determination and direction

A new dimension that will serve all our students who believe in themselves and will take action...

We're so grateful to those who stood with us and shared our vision...

Never given up on their dreams and goals and pushed forwards...

Those who’ve trodden a new path of their own giving thought to what they really REALLY wanted

Those who reached out to help us where there was no financial benefit...

Our mentors whose words of wisdom kept us grounded

All our friends and subscribers like yourself from all corners of the world

It really is about the journey and never the destination

If you believe you can be successful through "thick and thin", rain clouds and rainbows...

It will happen for you

Stay strong and use what life throws at you to prove to yourself and others what is possible

As we close out 2019 we’re grateful for everything

Especially proving that “old folks” like us can learn and apply new skills, teach others and inspire (those who will listen and take action...)
