Hi Chris and Susan here...
We've just got back from a meeting with our neighbours here in the village...
They have a small dairy farm and ever since we moved here we've let them use our field for their cows early in the Spring when they leave the barn where they live during the winter
It keeps our grass down and we wanted to live in a traditional village and it's all part of the charm
We're now selling up as we need to be closer to Mum to take care of her as she was recently diagnosed with Alzheimers...
So we offered the small plot of land to them first...
We're not sure of what the actual expression was in French but it was translated as "too damn expensive"
Trust us we do understand but we've had the land valued and the price is the price and it's a fair price...
Which brings us to the thorny subject of starting an online business and surprisingly many
think starting an online business is just too damn expensive?
Considering that your breakthrough online is directly tied to your ability to generate leads and convert those leads into sales...
It only makes sense to invest heavily in your own intellectual capital, which in turn will allow you to generate leads and make money for years to come.
Whenever someone asks me where they should start, I tell them the same thing...
"Invest your time and money into learning the skill-sets needed to generate leads and make sales. Invest in your own intellectual capital"
Those who take this advice to heart, do great things
