Who Moved Your Cheese? Why Change is Worth It

We're back in Spain now, refreshed from celebrating Susan’s 70th and our granddaughter’s 4th birthday in the UK

And after that, we flew straight to Orlando, Florida for a business conference

One of those moments that reminds us how grateful we are for the freedom our online business gives us to travel for both work and fun

Coming home got us reflecting on how life is always changing and how we have to change too if we want to keep moving forward

And that reminded us of one of the simplest but most powerful little books ever written:

"Who Moved My Cheese?"

If you’ve read it, you’ll remember the two mice and two little people in the maze, each reacting differently when their source of cheese...

The thing they depended on suddenly disappeared!

Some kept waiting for it to return

Others got scared but decided to explore the maze

And some found new cheese because they were willing to change direction

The moral of the story?

Change is inevitable 

Staying stuck is a choice

We’ve seen this play out time and again especially for people over 50 facing retirement

Jobs end (apparently you are now considered old at 51😱!)

Savings don’t stretch

Health shifts

And the "old cheese" of certainty just isn’t there anymore

But what if you could do what the smartest mouse did—and find something new?
