If we're just meeting for the first time Chris and I have been showing people 50+ in or approaching retirement how to make money online for 14 years and we're passionate about better health and wellness alongside being financially secure and creating a lifestyle business that gives us choices for our retirement
We love all things digital marketing and sharing what works with our clients, friends and followers 😃
Hi Chris and Susan here...
Today I reach the ripe old age of 69 and begin my journey towards the magic 70
I joke with Chris that I'll be catching up with him very soon 😂
Ausonius the Roman Poet says...
"Let us never know what old age is. Let us know the happiness time brings, not count the years"
I rather like that don't you?
But going back to the subject of age because it can't be ignored...
One of our mentors was discussing this the other day (he's just reached 50 himself) with one of his coaching
clients (a not dissimilar conversation we have on a frequent basis)
"Isn't it too late for me?"
"But you're only 54 years old, he said
Then ran the math by him
"Let's say you live to
90"
36 years ago you were 18
It also means you have another 36 years until you're
90".
36 years!
As Bon Jovi sang, you're just half way there!
Got a story to share about Bon Jovi (for another day 😂)
With that new frame he suddenly knew he had a "fresh start".
Where can you start?
Where should YOU start?
As we say on our coaching calls...
Start with your background, skills, talents...
At 54, he's had decades of living
.
Ups, downs. Highs and lows. Stories. Experiences.
You must stand for something, position it uniquely and plant your flag
That's exactly what Chris and I did 14 years ago
As self employed accountants and management consultants we had a BIG problem we were in our mid 50's
Not enough savings for our retirement
It became a passion to help others in the same boat
And the vehicle was an online business
So question for you...
Is there a burning desire inside you?
A passion?
A unique way of seeing the world or a market or a niche?
