Welcome to the weekend 

We've had a busy week working with students and partners, creating videos and content to build our business

But we took a day off on Thursday to meet our best friends visiting the UK from Portugal 

We had a lovely day out near to Brighton on the Sussex coast and despite being a windy day as you can see there was a glimpse of blue sky 😎

That's the famous Seven Sisters Clliffs in the background 

Needless to say we ended up having lunch and a nice long catch up in a lovely little pub over a glass of wine or two...

And we got to talking about Making Money Online 

The conundrum people face around those three words

And we get it but we also know that making money online is very rewarding and there's nothing wrong with it if you do it with honesty and integrity

We all started out in the online business world around the same time 

We were affiliate marketers and belonged to a business education and training program that taught people how to make money online 💰

Today with so many different programs around there's a real conundrum around the topic 

Plus of course in 14 years the innovation in tools and resources is mind blowing 

But what we all agree on is that in order to make money online you need to be selling a product or service that someone wants and improves their life

Once you know that...

Whether it's selling jackets for dogs, ice to eskimos or any number of things

You need to know how to market online or you won't make any money 

My daughter started a store selling specialist collars, leads and T-Shirts for people who love Frenchies (Cliff is the love of her life)

But to get to the audience of French Bulldog owners she needed to find consistent ways to reach them where they were "hanging out" and build a relationship with them 

She began using social media as it was a free resource and this was a side hustle 

And slowly but surely she created a following and people began to buy 

We're using this as an example because we talk to so many people (as do Greg and Fiona) who have such great ideas 

But to make money from those ideas requires education 

Like Jim Rohn says  “Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.”

Today self education is there for you to take advantage of if you have a good idea, a passion and a purpose
