We reflect today as we write this email
How short life is
We never know
when our time is up
The last few weeks have definitely highlighted that
One of our first mentors had a
stroke and has been in hospital for 3 weeks now thankfully recovering slowly
He was in his 50's!
Last night I lost
me ex-husband to a heart attack
He was only a few years older than me
And both Chris and I lost our father's in
their 60's
It really makes you think how short life is
How important it is not just to take care of our health but
also to live our best life
Because we just never know when it might end
This email is not doom and gloom but
just to make you think about why you are here reading this newsletter
For whatever reason you joined it origininally
Whether that's more freedom, more time, more income...
So many variables
Which we don't
know the answer to unless you tell us
But luckily we all have one thing in common and that's the choices we make and are free to make
One thing we know is that whatever your situation you can change it
We remember the very first virtual event we attended where we met Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi
We saw that with what we learnt during their free challenge that so many more things were possible for us

Just the other day we had a lady on our podcast who we met during the Pandemic who had lost her business and livelihood (it was a bricks and mortar business in Singapore)
