we've come to appreciate how fragile life is...
Our best friends who live in Portugal had a major health scare
They are the healthiest people we know
Yet he
landed in ER and yesterday had a double heart transplant
All went well and today he's in the ICU awake and doing well...
But boy does it make you think!
It's why when we had our health scare back in the days of the COVID 19 Pandemic we took the wake up all very seriously and to be honest it's how we've come to be involved with The Mental Wellness Company
