It was our 30th wedding anniversary on Sunday and the weather was beautiful so we drove along the coast to Estapona and had a wonderful day enjoying the sunshine, a cocktail 🍹or two and freshly cooked fish from the espeto (spit)

We're moving to Spain for the health benefits of a mediterranean diet and natural sunlight

Because quite honestly at this stage in our lives we want to enjoy every day 

To continue working promoting better health and wellness and helping people find ways to reduce their financial stress through creating a reliable online income stream

Which brings us to the topic today 

How To Get From Fear To Freedom

It's a topic we're very familiar with as 10 years ago we wrote The Mindset Shift where we talk about fear

And just before writing this was reading from a chap in a group we belong to (not business related) about being fearful of investing despite needing to recoup his retirement funds

And talks about how he was scammed and it's left him scared

We totally get it because in all honestly most people have been scammed at some point in life 

But you cannot let fear of it happening again steal your dreams

We see that all too often 

We call them the dream stealers

People who appear to be writing helpful reviews saying such and such is a scam but get my thing instead as it's far better

There's even a program that teaches people how to write these things!!!

So don't believe everything you read will you

Ask someone who really knows if you want the truth
