We would say absolutely it is
Prior to the year 2005 we had no idea what it meant even
Of course we had our
professional development we had to do in relation to our career and jobs but "personal development"
What was that even?
We were invited by someone we knew who worked at one of our clients to go to a business presentation in London
Out of respect for this person we
went
It turned out to be a presentation from a network marketing company
Who knew they even existed back then!
Certainly not us
But the idea of passive residual income caught our attention
So we
joined
And that's when we got introduced to the world of personal development
Books and CD's
The car became our personal development
university
We digress...
It wasn't until some years later in 2010 when we stared our online business that we realised how important personal development was
Today we have a library of more than a 100 books on business, success, marketing, mindset etc
So YES we believe personal development is 100% important for success in every endeavour
Just as we do having a coach or mentor
