We hope you've had a productive week
The weather here in the UK has been abysmal and we can't wait to return to Spain as soon as we can and get some
sunshine
We've been busy in the office finalising paperwork for Mum's estate
We can hardly believe it's been nearly a year since she passed away
But so thankful for the years we spent with her as her carers
Forever grateful that we had our online business that we set up in 2010 working for us 24/7 365
It's interesting as we read an article today from someone who we follow for his entrepreneurial wisdom and he said
No plan works
That shocked us because we have always believed that planning is important
We guess that with our accountancy background it's ingrained into us
He goes on to
say
"Good luck trying to plan how you'll make money online... the best plan is no plan. It's to try a few things... see which one works for you...
Sure you could male $100K from affiliate links or you could sell a course
but maybe you hate teaching...
Follow your intuition!
He had a lot more to say because he's a writer and writing is his thing
Personally we think planning is important
And it's clear how important it is reading some of the comments on our Tik Tok channel where we talk about retirement
Most people we've spoken to are in the position where they haven't planned for their retirement and now worried about what lies ahead for them
There really are so many routes you can take and things you might want to do
Things like travel where you can combine doing something
you love such as travel with a few hours a day doing some work and making some money
Today there are so many different ways to do that though our favourites will always be affiliate / network marketing due to the flexibility and freedom it's provided us and
because it's relatively inexpensive to start a business of this kind
And then there's affiliate marketing, network marketing, writing a book, becoming a freelancer...
The list goes on and on...
No wonder people are confused
