Writing to you from our home here in Spain where the weather is absolutely wonderful

We had forgotten what it was like to feel the sun☀️ on our skin

We're re-modelling our apartment while we're here so yesterday we lost track of time as we went shopping for furnishings and those little extras that make it feel like home

It's really important to have relaxation time as well as productive business time

Today we want to talk about something we see a lot in the online space especially when someone new joins our business

It's about comparing your beginning to someone else's middle or end

And a huge motivation suck is to compare where you are with your business (or life) to where others are with theirs.

We all have different circumstances, skill levels, time commitments etc.

Plus we can guarantee the shiny, polished version of everyone’s perfect existence on social media is rarely as it may appear!

Your best bet is to constantly compare where you are now to where you were, a year ago, 5 years ago or even 10 years ago

What have you learned?
How have you grown?
What’s changed for the good?

One of our favorite sayings in life is ‘believe what’s useful, not necessarily what’s true’, so if progress seems slow, challenge yourself

Challenge yourself to think BIGGER

It’s great to use other people's stories as motivation to inspire you to achieve greatness and also learn from their mistakes and their triumphs

We've been doing that throughout our online business journey and continue to do so

Most people share their challenges as well as their success these days, so listen carefully and watch what they do as it's through their actions you'll pick up their secrets to success
